Our US-made and tempered innersprings are covered with a paper-free system of migration prevention: an organic cotton fabric layer, then layers upon layers of fluffy organic cotton. For the ultimate touch, it is then wrapped in Pure Gro Wool™ and tufted to a gentle, caressing European Pure-Rest organic cotton outer premium fabric. They use no synthetic binding or air vents. In addition, all of the Pure-Rest mattress sides have two layers of organic cotton quilted to the wool for optimum breathability and moisture control. This line of mattresses are naturally flame-retardant and chemical-free and carries a 20-year pro-rated warranty.
Pure-Rest box springs are made exclusively from untreated, seasoned, kiln-dried spruce or non-aromatic poplar. Each box spring is individually crafted by a skilled cabinetmaker. No toxic substance or ozone-depleting agents are used in the manufacture. High-gauge steel support coils are covered with a thick quilted organic pad. Extra strong border wire is used to reinforce the coils, hold the coils in place, and prevent the mattress sides from sagging.
