Ryan and Tina North are actors by trade, met performing in the long running "Tony 'n Tina's Wedding" and have been seen in numerous local productions, in commercials and films, and heard on the radio.
Tina cares deeply for the Earth, its inhabitants, and our co-existant future. Ryan listens to his wife because he thinks she's smart and good looking - okay, he cares too.
Together, in September of 2006, Tina and Ryan opened "Re Gifts," the Twin Cities premier green gift shop to rave reviews. Positive customer and media response (including being voted the best gift shop in the Twin Cities by the City Pages) indicated that the North's were onto something. It was clear that "Re Gifts" was providing a niche retail experience that responded to the call for greener options.
"So why stop with gifts?" Ryan and Tina asked themselves... and forged on to create Twin Cities Green... a synergistic coming together of eco-friendly products, services, knowledge, and people.
